 Welcome! To ensure a smooth and fair learning experience for all students, please review the following policies carefully before booking your class.

Booking and Payment

• Classes must be booked and paid for at least 24 hours in advance.

• If payment is not received by the 24-hour deadline, the class will be automatically cancelled.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class time.

• Requests made less than 24 hours prior may not be accommodated, and the class may be considered taken.

• No refunds or reschedules are allowed for no-shows.

Class Timing and Attendance

• Each class lasts one hour and is conducted via Microsoft Teams.

• Classes will end at the scheduled time regardless of late arrival; late arrivals will not receive extra time or rescheduling.

Technical Issues

• If a technical problem occurs on the tutor’s side, the session will be refunded.

• If technical issues are on the student’s side, no reschedule or refund will be provided.

Recording Classes

• Classes are not recorded automatically. If you would like the session recorded for personal review, please request this in advance.

Discounts

• Book a package of four classes to receive a 10% discount.
